When I woke up this morning, my vase of flowers was looking rather sad. All the Gerberas had wilted and one was completely bent, with the flower resting on the table.
But instead of throwing them out, I decided this was a good photo opportunity.
The flower resting on the table reminded me of a ballerina taking a bow at the end of a performance. So I decided to get down low with my phone on the same level as the table to capture only the single flower in the frame.
This is the final result. No cropping or editing needed.
So next time your flowers might seem past their prime, hold onto them a little longer and maybe you can create something really special.
Like Dr. Seuss said:
"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."
Thanks for reading and remember to make everyday beautiful.
