There's nothing like a foggy morning to reveal just how many spiders are actually living with you.
This morning we woke to a thick blanket of fog. Usually on mornings like these, the fog disappears very quickly with the rising sun. But today was different, the fog stayed around for several hours. This gave me the perfect opportunity to capture some spider web photos.
These webs were amazing work of art. They were all different shapes and sizes. I found the best way to make them 'sparkle' was to have the sun behind the webs.
I used a Canon 7D with a 100mm 2.8L macro lens.
My settings were: f/5.6, ISO 400, 1/160 seconds.
